Person-Centred
Your goals come first. Before we write a single support plan, we sit down and learn what matters to you, how you like things done, and where you want to be in six months.
Real support from real people who get it.
Our mission
We started InLife because too many NDIS participants were getting one-size-fits-all support from providers who did not look like them, speak their language, or take the time to listen. That was not good enough.
So we built something different. Whether you are managing your own plan, looking for support for a family member, or a coordinator searching for a provider you can trust, we make it straightforward. Your goals are our starting point. Everything we do moves you closer to them.

Culturally safe support
Our team speaks over 10 languages and comes from the same communities you do. We honour your traditions, your food preferences, and the way your family works — because feeling understood is the foundation of good support.
What we stand for
These six values shape every shift we run, every referral we take, and every worker we hire. If we drift, this is what pulls us back.

Plans change and so do we. If your needs shift, your schedule moves, or your goals evolve, we adjust without making you jump through hoops.
You have the right to make your own choices, take risks, and live on your terms. We are here to support you, not run your life.
Belonging matters. We help you find activities you enjoy, build real friendships, and feel genuinely welcome in the places where you spend your time.
We are registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. That means regular audits, strict hiring checks, and zero tolerance for anything less than safe, quality care.
The people behind InLife
We grow slowly so we can stay close to every family we open a relationship with. Meet the people whose mobiles answer when you ring us.
Managing Director
Umar built InLife from the ground up because he saw too many families getting cookie-cutter support from providers who did not reflect their community. Growing up in a multilingual household, he understood first-hand how important it is to feel seen and understood by the people supporting you. His hands-on leadership style means he stays close to the people InLife serves — from sitting in on plan meetings to personally onboarding new support workers. For Umar, this is not just a business. It is about building something that his own family would trust.
Managing Director
Samana brings years of experience in disability services and a sharp eye for quality. She co-founded InLife with a clear mission: every participant deserves the standard of care she would expect for her own family. Samana drives the company's operations, culture, and growth strategy, ensuring InLife scales without ever compromising on what matters. She oversees service delivery, participant outcomes, and team development — making sure every support worker who represents InLife shares the same values that built it.
Operations Manager
Reza keeps everything running. From rostering and compliance to worker support and scheduling, he makes sure the day-to-day works so participants never get left waiting. Reza is the person behind the scenes who ensures shifts are covered, incidents are handled swiftly, and support workers have everything they need to do their best work. His calm, methodical approach to operations means that when things get busy, the standard of care never drops.
NDIS Registered Provider
We are registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and meet all requirements under the NDIS Practice Standards. That means regular audits, transparent reporting, and a genuine commitment to doing things properly.
