Why InLife
We are a small registered NDIS provider that grows slowly on purpose. When you join InLife you get a team that knows your name, a team leader who picks up the phone, and shifts that mean something.
Pick shifts that fit your life. Mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights — work around study, family, or whatever else you have going on.
Every shift you work changes someone’s day. Helping a young person catch the bus for the first time. Supporting someone to cook dinner independently. Those moments add up.
Your team leader is a phone call away, always. Regular check-ins, team catch-ups, and new starters get real onboarding from day one.
Free ongoing training, mentoring, and clear pathways into coordination or leadership roles. We back people who want to grow their careers in disability.
Above-award rates with penalty rates for evenings and weekends. Salary packaging that can put thousands more in your pocket each year.
Our team speaks over 10 languages. If you speak Farsi, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Arabic or another community language, your language skills are the job — not a side note.
Our promise to you
We will back you in hard conversations, listen when a shift goes sideways, and pay you properly. You’re not a roster line. You’re a person we’re lucky to have.
The line our team leaders come back to.
